Vice President of Product and R&D with Culture Biosciences and licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California. He has more than 16 years of experience in the design, development and commercialization of bioprocessing tools and solutions.
Dr. Sivaraman’s team at Culture Biosciences has successfully developed and implemented bench scale reactors that are monitored and controlled via cloud hosted process automation and data analysis solutions. Prior to Culture Biosciences, he was at Thermo Fisher Scientific where he managed the bioprocess equipment and automation portfolio as the Global Product leader. He also served as the Director of Project Management helping deliver bioprocessing equipment and integrated solutions to global customers. Prior to that, Dr. Sivaraman designed and delivered process control and building automation solutions for Biopharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Metals processing at Fluor Enterprises Inc.
His current areas of interest include developing efficient, scalable infrastructures using modern technologies for bioprocessing and enabling accelerated process development through data driven solutions.
